How to Place an Order

To place an item into your shopping basket, simply press the "add to basket" or "buy one now" button for the item you wish to order. You may continue to add other items to your shopping basket. When you are through, press the "check out" button then complete your order information and place the order via our secure encrypted order system. If you prefer to order via email, or fax, for your convenience, email us at sales@islandmelody.com. Please add shipping charges to your total order.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Bank Debit Card (with a Visa & MasterCard Logo). If you are paying by personal check and money order, contact us at support@islandmelody.com for your final total. Please make checks and money orders payable to Islandmelody.com.

Security Advisory: Whenever you access and log in to Islandmelody store, do your shopping, and whenever you are ready to checkout, you should check that the URL in the address bar of your browser starts with https://. The "s" in https:// means the page resides on a secure server and any personal information you enter will be secure. 

Remember: Islandmelody will never ask you to provide personal information to us via e-mail over the public Internet.

Shipping Information

When you fill in the order information, you may choose your preferred method of shipment. Both domestic and international shipping charges are automatically calculated and shown on your order. 

If you pay with credit card, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours during business days. 

If you pay with Money order, your order will be shipped as soon as we received the money order.

If you pay by personal check, the process takes between 7 to 10 working days. Why this process takes so long? First, we have to wait for your check to arrive in the mail. Second, it takes another 3 to 5 days to clear your check, sometimes up to 10 working days. 

We understand that there is nothing wrong with your check, however, it is our business policy. 

We will ship your order as soon as the above conditions have been met.

International Shipments

Due to shipping rates vary from various international destinations, we have added a USPS International Shipping modules that calculates shipping rates based on each  destinations. Some country in which you wish to import product may also require that you pay a duty on the shipment. We will inform you when such situation arises.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an Incorrect or Defective item please contact Customer Service immediately within 3-5 days after receiving your order for an Authorization Number. You may contact us via email at
support@islandmelody.com . Once we have received the Incorrect or Defective item and determine that it is in the original condition, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be charge any additional shipping fees for replacement shipment. Vinyl cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.

Return Policy

Products with defects during the first 30 days after shipment may be returned for replacement. We will refund shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. Please have your Order Number and Item Number with a description of the defect available before calling. Please allow up to 3 week after a returned item is received for processing. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or exchange.
